I agree Comey mishandled the Hillary investigation. He should have indicted. It wasn't his place to determine whether a prosecutor would prosecute
 
I think the timeline is like this......Comey realizes that the Clinton investigators were corrupt.....he decides to make a public announcement to cover it up.........that angers Democrats and they want to fire him so he makes another public announcement to try to balance it out......that angers Republicans and they want to fire him so he makes another public announcement to try to balance it out.......that angers Democrats and they want to fire him so he makes another public announcement to try to balance it out........then in his testimony he admits to all of the above........he gets fired, and the Democrats don't know why......but they want to fire Trump.......
