exactly, imagine if we had a white students only graduation ceremony at Harvard,
Or how about a Miss White America Pagent, or an organization NAAWP(National Association for the Advancement of White People

That is why people promoting political correctness only in the name of their cause have by their own sword become clownlike in their quest. The rest of us , comfortable in our skin just sit and watch their wasting their lives worrying and whining about what other people think of them, such a shame, we get but one life.
 
Look it's clear that at best this student groups black only ceremony was at best misguided and at worst racist but why is Grind disingenuously blaming the University for something they had nothing to do with?

These institutions seem to have no difficulties maintaining the rule of law whenever conservative groups decide to take action. Unless there's rioting.
 
alternatively if someone is doing something overtly racist in campus shouldnt harvard stop it? Like lets take it to the extremes. Lets say there was a lynching or something. Harvard is liable to stop it in someway. Why not for this particular racist thing?
 
For the sake of discussion is the argument here than no group should be able to have a seperate graduation ceremony on campus (paid for by themselves) or that Harvard wouldn't equally allow other groups to do this?

Of course, if this was a whites only graduation at the most prestigious campus in America the media, the ACLU, and every other liberal mouthpiece within 2000 miles would be shouting from the rooftops. AND blacks in and around Harvard would be smashing windows and burning property until Harvard stopped the graduation

Meanwhile whites get degrees in physics and engineering and IT. Blacks don't deserve to graduate along with whites.

What a marooon. It took almost 50 years before the Miss America pageant was open to black women. Harvard didn't graduate a black student for more than 200 years after it was founded.

It's just disgusting to think that blacks have and always had the same opportunities as whites.

That is a good point. Now, today, that it is not the case, should there be segregation? Why the need, today, for continued segregation?

First, this even is for black graduate students only, not undergrads. Second, they will still participate in the regular graduation a week later. Third, similar ceremonies have also been held on other campuses.

Fourth, Harvard also has a special ceremony for students of Latin American descent.

Are we to assume you agree with a segregated graduation ?....after all, its the blacks demanding this segregation, so I would guess you do....

and shall we extend that right to whites, Asians, men, women, etc...????
