Clapper, Yates, Russiagate, Yada Yada

Russian caviar and vodka

Well, you can interpret martinis as either vodka or gin, as James Bond has widely popularized the bastardized version of the fine dinner party concoction. I'm sure at least a few senators take their martinis Russian style.

Yates is making a Constitutional argument! *who appointed you as a member of SCOTUS?* zing!

Yates is making the argument she has a right to not enforce what she sees as unconstitutional.
Then she can't complain about firing.
++

Now we're going over historical Russian interference in US elections...which go way back

Leahy is mixing up"unlawful" and un-Constitutional...going after Sessions..

we are now at full dog and pony show mode.

FINALLY no more "17 intelligence agency" bullshit. Clapper brings it down to 3.
Here comes the despicable Big Al - attempting to pull collusions out of his ass.
++

OH GOD "not wittingly" ( Clapper) - Franken laughing out loud with the liar Clapper about RussiaToday

Franken is saying there was Russian collusion by nefarious back door channels to Trump's not firing Flynn right away.

Franken: Is it possible Trump didn't fire Flynn because so many others on his team and in the admin are implicated? #YatesHearing

Franken asks #SallyYates: Maybe Trump didn't fire Flynn b/c he would've had to fire all the other members of his team who met w/Russians?
I recall O'Reilly calling Franken one of the biggest liars out there.

We just saw that. Franken is a toad. Yates "wouldn't touch that" - her words

so what have we learned???

the usual politicization / Russiaphobia by Graham and Clapper, dragging the All American Senate slowly into yet more
( useless counterproductive) sanctions ,,

the only possible legal action I see here is Flynn might have lied to the FBI,and not registering as a foreign agent

nothing about leaking IC reports about the incidental collection of Flynn's phone calls-
intercepts of the highest level.
The Deep State is purposely impenitrable- Congress has to sorta gues the right question to ask,
and even there liars like Clapper aren't going to cooperate

I thought you declared Russiagate dead just a couple of days ago.

I guess you were seriously premature because it isn't close to being dead.

Pentagon joins intensifying probe into Donald Trump's ousted national security adviser

I'm thinking .. maybe if you guys all open up the windows and start shouting 'end the investigations' .. maybe that will make it all go away .. but I doubt it.

If there is nothing to hide, why are you so upset about investigations?

Seems the purpose of congress lately is to investigate the opposition. Not much else.
I don't care. 1. My guy always loses elections 2. hrc is not president. Life is good.:)

Clapper refused to answer a pointed question about Trump's financial ties in Russia on grounds they are under investigation.

Investigating the opposition is a necessary function of government .. even when all they're investigating is a blow job.

THAT investigation cost the American taxpayers nearly 7 million dollars .. making it the most expensive blow job in history.

Flynn was/is an Obama appointee.

So he's tied as much to Obama as he is Trump. But somehow that doesn't seem to matter.

Investigating a blow job is a necessary function of government? What's necessary about that? There needs to be a line drawn somewhere.

I agree with you .. 'necessary' was sarcasm.

Taxpayers have spent more than 80 million dollars investigating the Clintons .. to what avail?

It's nowhere near being 'dead'. He just thinks that if he keeps posting on all forms of social media about it being dead, it will come to fruition.

Flynn was shit canned for incompetence in '14, which made him a perfect candidate for a trump cabinet position.
