It's cutting back on subsidies..it's certainly not my fist choice, but the CBO is notorious bad at scoring Obamacare.
It's evident it's failing.

Many places are down to 1 provider, and it's just another unafforadable entitlement program.
Note: i am not praising the Republican alternative either.

2018 is the healthcare election.

The GOP miscalculated this one, bigly. People voted against Hillary; they didn't vote to have their healthcare taken away. Everyone knows someone who benefited from Obamacare; many know someone whose life was saved.

And a bunch of white dudes put together a perfect campaign photo for Dems by yucking it up & patting each other on the back - for taking away people's healthcare.
