Fox News reporter Catherine Herridge says this is one of the biggest headlines out of the hearing today with the FBI director, pointing out that the FBI had found an email was obtained by Russian hackers that indicated that former DOJ hack Loretta Lynch would "do everything she could to protect Hillary from prosecution"

During testimony on Capitol Hill before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Comey said "a number of things" had caused him to worry that Department of Justice leadership "could not credibly complete the investigation and decline prosecution without grievous damage to the American people's confidence in the justice system."

The "capper," he said, was the meeting.

"I'm not picking on the attorney general, Loretta Lynch, who I like very much, but her meeting with President Clinton on that airplane was the capper for me," he said. "And I then said, 'You know what? The department cannot, by itself, credibly end this.'"

Comey likely didn't reccomend charges because he knew lynch would tank any credible prosecution anyway.

Our fair and impartial justice system was protecting the crooked criminal clinton.
 
Confirmation of what we've always known. I feel kinda bad for Comey. He had a choice of disobeying his boss (which he maybe might have done), or shoot the "certain" next President out of the water. Tough call.

Are we going to get to see Lynch and Comey being perp walked, on the news?
AND
Does this mean that Hillary will soon be "visiting" another country, which probably doesn't have extradition?

it basically would have lead to a constitutional crisis with the FBI reccomending charges and the DOJ saying no. The whole situation would have been fucked. Comey's hands were tied by the corrupt deep state.

This could get even better; if Lynch decides to try and save her ass, by revealing that she was under orders from Obama or if she releases information on all those that died, that had a connection with the Clintons.

Don't you find it odd that the JPP liberal snowflakes are all over the thread that saying that.s Hillary broke the law; but yet, they seem to be avoiding this one!!
