TrumpCare 2.0, failed!

The GOP Congress led by McCuntell and Ryan are colossal failures and reneging on their promises to repeal Obamacare. I fault them. Not Trump

One would think Rump, the Republican president would have the leadership ability to get this done. I thought he did deals...?

I think he got builled into saying it by the reporter, but I saw a video yesterday where Rump said he has a third version of healthcare that Guarantees Healthcare for those with Pre-Existing Conditions.

The GOP has been duped into accepting a flawed premise.

Preexisting conditions negates insurance

It is like getting in a car accident and then demanding an insurance company allow you to buy car insurance.

Answer this question

Should someone who has three moving violations and two car accidents in the last two years pay the same auto insurance premiums as someone who has zero moving violations and no accidents over that same time frame?

The Republicans have gotten into a situation where they dont want to own anything. They dont want to own the taking away of the Pre-Existing condition, and they dont want to own extending it.

Why are you more mad at McConnell and Ryan than Rump. Its Rump who keeps promising to cover EVERYONE and to keep the PEC.

THey will defend Rump at the expense of McConnell or Ryan. Even though Rump keeps promising the one thing they are fighting against.

Well because unlike you I am capable of looking at a situation and assessing facts on the ground

Fact: McCuntell and Ryan have been promising to repeal Obamacare since before Trump ran for office.

Fact: McCuntell and Ryan always whined that they couldn't repeal it because Obama would veto.

They have their best last chance and they are acting like pussies.

I said when Trump got elected that McCuntell and Ryan would be his biggest obstacles. They are part of the establishment. They want to seem him fail even if it takes down the party. They think they will be immune. They need to be punished and they will be. If they keep this up they will be abandoned in 2018

But Rump keeps promising the people to keep the Pre-Existing condition prohibition. Don't you agree that puts the Republicans in Congress into an impossible position, very similar to what Obama did??

Irrelevant.

If McCuntell and Ryan just put a bill in front of Trump repealing all of Obamacare in its entirety Trump would be forced to sign it.

I know you have an irrational hatred of Trump and will never give him the benefit of the doubt. So I have no illusions of changing your mind. All I will say is that over the last year my political prognostication has been far more accurate than yours. Just sayin

Maybe I should take over your blog

All three of them know that would result in massive losses for their party and approval ratings.

This is the spot they are in, they own it now. They keep saying they want Obamacare to simply collapse on its own weight, but they keep propping it up secretly hoping it will survive so they wont have to be the ones who replace it.

They keep digging even though they are in a hole. Its mostly Rumps fault.

I love how you run circles to defend Rump on this even though he keeps promising something you claim to believe is harmful.

I don't defend Trump for pushing preexisting conditions. I said they have accepted a faulty narrative. I notice you avoided my analogy with car insurance. I presume because you agree with me.

By doing nothing they risk losses by pissing off their base.

I ignored it because I was trying to prevent your obfuscating, car insurance is a very different thing. It is primary to Health Insurance in most instances and is usually fault based. What happens is that the expense of Health Care falls on the taxpayer when Health Insurance does not exist. The argument that we are individually at fault when we get sick is much harder to argue than when we are injured in an auto accident.

If your car is destroyed in a car crash and you don't have insurance, the government is not going to buy you a new car.

If you are injured in a car crash and the at fault party does not have car insurance, and you don't have health insurance, the government is going to pay for your medical care.

Actually it is you who are obfuscating or you didn't understand what I was trying to say. We were talking about preexisting conditions.

Let me break it down for you.

Here are two world examples of purchasers of insurance

1) 65 year old male with a history of diabetes, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia. He has sustained one myocardial infarction for which he received a stent and 2B3A as primary treatment. He takes a statin, and ACE inhibitor, metformin and aspirin

2) 35 year old male with no medical history. Appendectomy when was 21.

Now which one of these patients is a higher risk from a medical standpoint?

That is the argument I was making using car insurance and why pre-existing conditions and caps is a perversion of economics. That Trump supports it matters little to me. He is wrong for pushing it, although I understand the politics as he is trying to appeal to ignorant people like you

As for your last statement, he government is under no obligation to pay your healthcare
