Because when the 2nd Amendment was written Blacks were considered 3/4 of a person. They couldn't legally own guns.
So we marched and marched with our blood, sweat and tears to be considered a full person, and racist white men hated that.
They kept guns away from Blacks for decades......that's why whites own more guns than Blacks.
To this day, racist white men don't want Blacks to own guns, hence all the "gun laws" on the books.
The racist white man fear Blacks will retaliate against them for all the harm, death and destruction they have done to them.
