Another unconstitutional Executive Order!

Jarod, you told me Obama was no longer President thus it was a diversion to bring him up. Are your rules only for others?

You told me last week. I can't remember which thread. That's the problem with trolling, you say whatever you think "wins you the point" at the time but then you off and do it yourself later.
 
so there are grants which the executive hands out. According to this decision the executive is no longer allowed to choose the beneficiaries of said grants when they always have before.

That said this can only be done because Republican lawyers are incompetent. They should have used the precedent set in Hawaii vs Trump a long time ago to challenge all existing gun laws. If the other side passes bad precedent we should use it.
 
if you have a legal obligation to be given a grant is it still a grant?

Can all other jurisdictions sue if their applications for grants are not approved?

note that in its decision the judge cited that the administration would withold all medicare, social security and any other entitlements. None of which was mentioned at all by the executive order. Im not sure you can even withhold SS payments if you wanted too.
