Flynn going to jail?

It looks like at the tip of the iceberg, Michael Flynn has broken the law and will likely be prosecuted. I suspect he will not be going to jail, due to his years of law abiding public service to our nation, but he will almost certainly face a stiff fine and some probation.

Not a single high ranking Obama official was prosecuted for anything, Rump already has a Cabinet Official facing likely felony convictions.

Is this as far as it goes, or do birds of a feather stick together, are there more crimes committed by others?

We will see.

Oh and just so you know, Flynn was not a Cabinet Official as you say. National Security Advisor is not a cabinet level position. It is an advisor to the President. God you are stupid

This will end like the Seinfeld finale, the entire administration commiserating in jail and not comprehending why.

Sources say transcripts showed the two discussed Obama administration sanctions on Russia, a possible violation of federal law since President Trump was not yet in office.

In the early days of the Trump administration, Flynn was interviewed by FBI agents about the call. He also told Vice President Pence that he did not discuss sanctions with Kislyak, a claim the vice president repeated on television.

But investigators say that despite misleading the vice president, there is not enough evidence to charge him with lying to the FB

Doesn't Beauregard have to bring charges first? I don't see that happening.

Meh, Eric Holder was held in contempt of congress over Fast and Furious [in Obama's 'scandal free' reign lol] and not a whole lot else happened.

That was Bush's 'Wide Receiver's' little brother. There was no scandal. There was Issa.

yes, Holder giving guns to the cartel that in turn used them to kill an American hero will go down in history as the greatest escape from justice by a political figure, maybe #1

Man are they pissed... I have already been called retarded... only 9 posts in.

This is fun!

We will see, but unless he offers up a bigger fish, I am feeling certain he will be charged.

Unless Beauregard has ball of steel, even Republican Congressmen are saying the dude broke the the law.
