yes. In all those races the equivalent of the democrats in those countries lost seats or vote share. None as badly as France where they didnt even make it to round 2 but even in netherlands most of the parties gained a couple of points here and there and the democrat equivalent (left major party) was the only one who lost.

It's one of those things we'll grow out of eventually. But there is a lot of "Empire Strikes Back" stuff happening this past year.
