Under the deal, Ross pled no contest to 1 felony count of aggravated assault. The other felony charges were dropped. Ross was sentenced to time served in jail -- he had been locked up for a week. He was also ordered to pay a $10,000 fine.
Now here's the sweet part of the deal for Ross. He's being sentenced as a first time felony offender ... that means when he pays the $10k fine -- which he'll do Tuesday night -- the conviction is erased from his record.

As far as Kid Rock and Nugent, both have multiple convictions, even Palin was arrested for DUI. Then there's her breach of conduct charges in Troopergate.

He didn't threaten Obama in the first place...he said if he was re-elected he would be dead in a year or something like that.....
and he was under investigation for saying that.....
you gotta realize how the lefties comprehend things they hear.....or should I say don't comprehend what they hear.
 
I have seen a few social events turn into a brawl when this song blasted from the PA...

While still writing songs about violence and wrote a song about spiking a woman's drink. Kinda surprised you would support someone like that. And he was not stopping what he was doing, try harder.

Nugent's a piece of shit and all your excuse-making doesn't change that fact.

Ted Nugent -- the proud gun-owner, poorly coiffed Michigander, and washed-up rocker -- has said some silly and offensive things in the past, and not just while performing "Cat Scratch Fever." In 2007, he said the following during a concert: "Obama, he's a piece of shit. I told him to suck on my machine gun. Hey Hillary [Clinton], you might want to ride one of these into the sunset, you worthless bitch."

[Nugent] made another rather appalling statement over the weekend at the NRA convention in St. Louis:

"If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will be either be dead or in jail by this time next year."

Last month, Nugent called the president a "subhuman mongrel" in an interview with Guns.com.

"I have obviously failed to galvanize and prod, if not shame, enough Americans to be ever-vigilant not to let a Chicago communist-raised, communist-educated, communist-nurtured subhuman mongrel like the ACORN community organizer gangster Barack Hussein Obama to weasel his way into the top office of authority in the United States of America."
