MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN
So your presentation and attempt to use the dram laws has failed, just like the majority of your comments.

Yea, that's how it is...... It's legal & they have the right to buy & sell, just like everyone else....
State & counties(in some states) can control/limit alcohol & sales but if the ppl are addicted that isn't going to stop them from consuming is it..??
There are about 30,000 ppl on Pine Ridge & this is where they go, now they will go somewhere else.
Dry counties~ I really don't know how effective these dry/semi-dry counties are, as moonshine is still being made in many of them..

You really are a stupid fucking person.
These 3-4 liquor stores in a town of 14 within walking distance of the reservation sell 3.5 million cans of beer per year, almost exclusively to the tribe. One store did about $1 million alone. And you can bet they are not selling Bud Light. They are no doubt selling high alcohol malt liquors and the such.
1 in 4 births have fetal alcohol syndrome.
Now, asswipe, you can bury your head in the sand about the reality of the situation, but these poison peddlers know EXACTLY who they are selling to and what they are contributing to.
Perhaps a 25% fetal alcohol syndrome sits well with you. That's because you're a massive piece of shit. It doesn't with me and these motherfuckers bear part of that responsibility.

Being the huge dumbfuck that you are, you are probably unaware of the high genetic predisposition of Native Americans to alcoholism. But, to asswipes like you, these people are disposable.
They live in the poorest county in the US. Only 1/4 of their land can be farmed. Almost no access to healthcare. A good many homes have no electricity or plumbing. Poor educational opportunities, at best.

Right. Excuse the motherfuckers in that town of 14 for selling their "legal" product to known alcoholics and know that your are contributing to such a high rate of everything from suicides to fetal alcohol syndrome.
That just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, doesn't it?

Nope, they don't have the right to sell liquor. That they are required to be licensed to sell liquor means that it is a privilege.
Are you suggesting that Native Americans have no right to purchase alcohol?
Why are you trying to make them to have less rights, then other Americans?
Jeez you're a bigot.
lol
"So?" is a response to a stupid fucking question. It meant, so what if dram shop laws weren't mentioned?
I get better feedback from my 3year old grandson than I do you.

I'm not sure how you have determined that they're selling to alcoholics, unless there's now a requirement that their clothing has some kind of designation on it; where it can be seen at a glance that they're alcoholics.![]()
Then why are they being singled out??
Seems to be biased, to me.
^Massive stupidity.
Since it wasn't part of the "reasons" mentioned in the OP, then it's just you moving the goal posts.
Why are you having discussions about dram laws, with your 3 year old grandson?
Does he already have a drinking problem?![]()
^Incredible ignorance. Even the simplest points escapes him.

Where did I say all that??
I am excusing no one.. It's legal & someone is gonna fill that gap~ & you know it...
Those ppl need help, this isn't the help they need......
It does seem to have escaped you that your inclusion was not part of any of the reasons cited, in this attempt to deny certain businesses the right to do business as they've been doing legally.

Why does the store bear responsibility for q pregnant woman choosing to drink?
