the 2016 election is a direct result of the proles partisanship in demonizing third parties like Libertarians. you end up with two choices, holding your nose while you select the lesser of two evils. so i'm failing to see how you can think that most people haven't lost their minds.

What are Libertarians doing about it? Can they not find someone who is better informed than their previous candidate?
Time is ripe for a third party, but they need organization and a leader, Rand Paul and Gary Johnson just aren't going to get the party noticed.
Bernie Sanders could form a third party, if he truly became an Independent and not a Democrat by another name.

Libartarians need to become passionate, you don't seem to have the fire.

Mind if I pipe in here? Johnson was better informed than Trump and infinitely more ethical than the Queen of Mean. He certainly wasn't perfect but he was the best one of the three, four if you count Jill Stein ( I don't).

Nobody is. Trump is the closest thing to a third party I've ever seen. Establishment and tea Party Republicans didn't show up for the convention and some even openly supported hrc. Trump was savvy enough to know that to win you have to run as an 'R' or 'D' because the electorate is mostly too stupid to recognize anything else.

I do. I came up with a free market solution to universal health care. The most rational solution I've seen that no politician has remotely come close to.

I've actually considered that. I still might.
I should put some more detail into it write it out in a manuscript and mail it to every senator and congressman. Maybe someone would take notice.
