Are you suggesting that refusing to give up his seat, is a crime; because evidently you are in the minority on this.

He was not asked to leave; because he was making a disturbance.
He was not asked to leave; because he was making threats.
He was not asked to leave; because of being intoxicated.

He was asked to leave; because the airline is so incompetent that they are the ones who created the problem.

They called in LEO for some reason. Flight personnel are generally fairly good at dealing with unruly passengers. Something made someone feel the need to take it further.

Then you won't have a problem in presenting ONE statement from any of the passengers, that refutes what is being presented.

In this particular case; I'm content basing my position on what other passengers have said, what the video(s) show, and the fact that even the CEO of United has said what happened was handled incorrectly, they were wrong, and has apologized to not only the DR, but the other passengers.

Why don't you present what you're basing your position on?

Aye Cap you are as stubborn as an old Swede.

I posted the terms of the contract the good Dr. signed. He was certainly within his rights to keep the seat. The CEO even admitted the removal was wrong.
