SCOTUS DEAD POOL

USFREEDOM911

MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN
Since it's a really good chance that Gorsuch will be confirmed and become the next member of SCOTUS, how many more Judges will Trump possibly be able to appoint?

Neil Gorsuch (R) - will be 50 years old, this year and could be serving for the next 34+ years (which amounts to 8 or 9 Presidents)

I've listed them by name / party / age / years served in SCOTUS

Anthony Kennedy (R) - 81 years old, this year - 29 years
Clarence Thomas (R) - 69 years old, this year- 26 years
Samuel Alito (R) - 67 years old, this year - 27 years
John Roberts (R) - 62 years old, this year - 14 years

Ruth Ginsburg (D) - 84 years old, this year - 24 years
Stephen Breyer (D) - 79 years old, this year - 23 years
Sonia Sotomayor (D) - 63 years old, this year - 8 years
Elena Kagan (D) - 57 years old, this year - 7 years

So who do you think will result in the next SCOTUS nominee?

I'm picking Ginsburg and Breyer.
This could result in 2 more nominees, that could result in them being there for around 34+ years; which might mean that Conservative Judges would be in the majority till somewhere around 2051 or 2056.

Leave it to a sickening Trumpkin to actively root for the deaths of his fellow human beings.

briar and Ginsberg need to drop on off. the scotus is utterly corrupted and ineffective to maintain constitutional law and order

Just by age, I'm thinking Ginsburg, Kennedy, Breyer.

Don't even think of the notorious RBG kicking the bucket. Could you do her workout? She benches 70#.

"There is one thing that should calm these nervous RBG supporters: Twice a week, she completes a grueling, all-body workout devised by a former army reserves sergeant.

The RBG workout
(All exercises include three sets of 10-13 repetitions)

  • 5 minutes on the elliptical
  • Stretches
  • Machine bench press (Ginsburg, who is 5’1” and thin, presses 70 pounds)
  • Leg curl machine
  • Leg press machine
  • Chest fly machine
  • Lat pull down machine
  • Seated rows
  • Standing rows
  • One-legged squats
  • Push-ups (Ginsburg started doing them against the wall, but progressed to doing them on her knees and now with straight legs)
  • Standard plank (30 seconds)
  • Sideways planks (30 seconds on each side)
  • Hip abduction exercises
  • Squats against exercise ball and wall
  • Dumbbell curls against exercise ball and wall
  • Platform step-ups
  • Squats on an upside-down bosu
  • Medicine ball tosses while standing up off of a bench and sitting back down

Breyer will probably want to retire and enjoy that beautiful retirement home he got that was the focus of the eminent domain debacle.....
Ginsburg can't remember she's a justice so she probably won't retire....might die in office though.....

gingsberg is 35% to die before 2021. Fingers crossed.

I thought I would look up average life expectancy, depending on what year they were born in and how old they are now.

Anthony Kennedy (R) - 81 years old, this year - 89.3 average
Clarence Thomas (R) - 69 years old, this year- 85.2 average
Samuel Alito (R) - 67 years old, this year - 84.7 average
John Roberts (R) - 62 years old, this year - 83.7 average

Ruth Ginsburg (D) - 84 years old, this year - 94 average
Stephen Breyer (D) - 79 years old, this year - 88.4 average
Sonia Sotomayor (D) - 63 years old, this year - 86.5 average
Elena Kagan (D) - 57 years old, this year - 85.9 average

These averages do not take into account a wide number of factors such as current health, lifestyle, and family history that could increase or decrease life expectancy.

You never know; because she might just wander into a closet, forget how to get out, and then be discovered a couple of weeks later. :eek2:

i believe she survived some type of cancer which drastically lowers it for her.

if ginsberg dies myself and ILA are gonna laugh so hard. This board will not enjoy our sheer glee. He wants her croaking almost as much as I do

Impeach every conservative justice and expand the size of the court to flood out the new Lochner court. Ideally there wouldn't be a single rightist judge. A rightist shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the bench.
