He did not say outright immunity, but it was clear that he wants that for his client, not because he is guilty, but to avoid unfair prosecution.

With the crazy liberals, no attorney in their right mind would advise their client any other way.

Makes no sense. Someone is confused.

Maybe it's the lawyer's letter. It actually isn't a request to testify in exchange for immunity. It's more like 'he won't testify with it'. In other words, here's our deal, take it or leave it.

If the case is so strong why don't they just subpoena him? Or is this more smoke and mirrors stuff?

good luck figuring it out..I'm done with another day of head spinning "Russian collusion"
"Trump orchestrating INTEL out of the WH" ( Nunes) and assorted partisan squealing..

I'm going to play thru a couple of Gary Kasparov's chess games where logic and empiricism trump political shenanigans.
