You're way too optimistic. With Hillary as POTUS right now, we'd see the same constipation from Congress that we've seen for 8 years.

The only difference would be that the investigations into Hillary wouldn't be tilted in her favor by the operatives.

In many ways, other than the S. Ct. Rump's election will be better for the Democrats than HRC's would have been. Just like W's election got us Obamacare, the people will be so sick of Rump, if he is still president in 4 years, that someone like Elizabeth Warren will get great progress.

Rump wont accomplish much, he has already failed at his very first and easiest promise, repealing Obamacare.... it should have been "So easy."
