solar jobs rise 65%

Green energy jobs. The people would be better served by job training, rather than trying to resurrect a dead industry.

Side by side. Alternative energies ( of which I am a proponent) do not yet have the capacity to generate the enormous amount of energy society uses. Coal is not a dead industry. It is a resource. If our government put half the research monies into a resource like coal that we are rich in, alongside renewable energy, they could find a way to make it burn very clean. Just common sense.

People didn't want automobiles either, they were expensive as not as reliable as their horses, but look at us now! :)

There is virtually no solar in Florida yet it is one of the sunniest places in the US. Ask yourself why?
