he always scored at the VERY national top for comprehension


we played learning games all his life


ones like ASK ME ANYTHING


where he would think up a question and I would answer it as completely as I could


then we would look it up to see how I did

Cut domestic and global HIV/AIDS programs by $100 million plus cut the Presidential Emergency Program for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) $4.3 billion budget by $242 million
Completely delete the $72 million Global Health Security fund at the State Department and cut other global health programs by $90 million and $62 million for global family planning
Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price is scheduled to appear before the House Committee on Appropriations Wednesday to explain the proposals"

I never said you could not have an opinion on climate science if you are not a climate scientist. That is a sloppy distortion. I simply said I don't value another's opinion if they do not have that expertise, compared to the readily available opinions of thousands who do. Make sense yet?

Yes. Do I need to say it louder and harder? You don't need to be a weatherman to know which way the wind is blowing, but you do need to be one to have a valid opinion on climate science. It is a subject matter beyond the ken of laity. Thus the need for expertise. Were that not the case, fuckninnys like Dump and Palin would be rocket scientists, right?
