She was villified on social media and in some tabloids. They just saw a photo and assumed she was being callous when in fact she was phoning her family to say that she was alright. She was clearly terrified and deserves an apology from the sum that criticised her.

I have Muslim friends, indeed one who is a Kurdish Iranian is a doctor and an English graduate. He also hates the clerics that run Iran with a passion. His wife is an English professor at Sheffield University.

I hope that someday ignorant garbage like you learns to understand that the actions of a few don't dictate the character of the many.

And BTW, that "Muslim" was an Englishman who was raised as a Christian and had a very long history of violence well before he ever decided to become a radicalized Muslim.

Just as likely that something in the religion of his upbringing caused him to become the violent asshole he became long ago.
