No excuse for Trump's persistent wiretap lie

You ought to get your facts straight before you post your bullshit...

Donald Trump alleged that Barack Obama wiretapped him after he read an article published by The New York Times in January.

long before the Judge made his commentary on March 14....

Trumps claims have nothing to do with Napolitano's remarks,....nothing.

There's some bullshit here but it's not from Thing1. It's from you and the fake news Daily Caller.

"In a March 15 interview, Fox News host Tucker Carlson asked Trump why he didn’t ask the agencies about any possible surveillance on him or his campaign before tweeting about it, given that the White House appears to have no evidence to backup his claims.

"Well, because the New York Times wrote about it," Trump replied. "Not that I respect the New York Times. I call it the ‘failing’ New York Times. But they did write on Jan. 20, using the word ‘wiretap.’ "

The New York Times report does use the word "wiretap;" the print headline was "Wiretapped Data Used in Inquiry of Trump Aides." It doesn’t appear that Trump read the article closely, however, because it does not say Obama personally ordered a tap on his phones during the election, as Trump claimed in his tweet.

The New York Times article is about intercepted communications used by the FBI amid its investigation into some of Trump’s current and former aides — including Roger Stone, Carter Page and Paul Manafort — and their ties to Russia. It does not say whether the surveillance targeted Russians or Americans.

Idiot. The January article says nothing about wiretapping Trump's phones.

I can think of two explanations why he does this. Either he is unaware of his options and is simply inept and incompetent, or he mistrusts all the other branches of government and prefers to get alternative news. Both of these are deal breakers for me. I want him impeached for gross incompetence. Good Lord! He's so bad at this it's painful for the citizens to witness . It's damaging to the culture for our children to hear every day how their leader is dishonest, crazy and delusional. Please make it end, baby Jesus, please make it end.

Your pain will be alleviated by Trump's first economic report lol.

Idiot. The January article says nothing about wiretapping Trump's phones.

Of course it don't....it just mentions the content of the conversation and how that conversation was "intercepted". How does one intercept a private conversation without "bugging" that conversation in some covert fashion? What? You never studied new math and logic? But you can conclude that Trump wants to ban ALL MUSLIMS with a temporary Muslim immigration stoppage from 6 terrorists filled nations? And you make that conclusion based upon a personal opinion from the past not the application of a legal act of application?

Suggestion: Blog the French government and enlighten them the government has just violated the Establishment Clause of the US Constitution that protect Muslims worldwide....when they shot and killed a man who the government was "profiling" because of his religion and was placed on a terrorist suspect list. Today that man's Establishment rights were violated when he attempted to take a stolen machine gun into a French Airport.... and the police shot him in spite of his Muslim faith. damn fascists frogs. :palm:

Whats your point ?.....Trump made his claims long before the judges comments on Tuesday....obviously they didn't lead him to make those claims....

he made his claims long ago....thats the point....

As far as his "blaming THE JUDGE", that too is nonsense, conjecture on your part...Trump admitted to forming his claim on a NY Times article back in January.

He based his first lie on the NYT 1/19/17, which made no mention of Trump being wiretapped.

He based his second lie on the lying Napolitano saying the Brits were involved.

Two lies in one. Hard to do with most liars, but Trump is an exceptionally gifted and prolific one.

Here's the way it works, you stupid fucking moron. The US listens to the RUSSIANS. When the RUSSIAN talks to someone else, that someone else is part and parcel of the intercepted conversation.

How fucking stupid are you that you couldn't figure that out, cretin?

Actually.....here's is the way it works. When a communication is intercepted, and that communication contains the speech of an American Citizen...that information is not allowed to be released to the public unless a valid warrant has been issued by the court system. Either the court authorized the release of that private information...or it did not. If it did not then the information was released in an unconstitutional manner. DUMBASS. ;)

Question? Has The President or any of the Trump team;) been charged with a crime? If not...how was that private communication released to the media if not in an illegal fashion? It was leaked by an Obama appointee. Reason and logic...something the left appears to be divorced. Its illegal to intercept the private communications and release that information when the subject of that communication does not have a valid warrant to include that US citizen.

In essence....Mr. Trump is correct....the Obama administration covertly and illegally intercepted the private communication of US CITIZENS...and in the case of Jeff Sessions...the Obama administration clearly intercepted the communication of a sitting US senator in his office and released that information to the public. Regardless if Obama ordered the interception and release....he was the commander in chief and responsible.

This shit of "I did not order the tapping of any communications" by Obama will not fly. Either Trump lied...or the NY TIMES lied in its news article. You decide. I choose door number 2....the times did not lie and the US government illegally bugged the offices of US representatives and a candidate to the office US president and allowed that information to be released to the public. Its a High Crime ...and subject to Congressional investigation. It's called "unreasonable search" and protected under the Bill of Rights. The 4th Amendment protect that information from being released unless there is a demonstration of a probable cause warrant issued. Thus far...the intelligence agencies have stated clearly with no ambiguity, "There is no evidence of collusion between any members of the Trump team and the Russians in hacking the election." THERE IS NO PROBABLE CAUSE.

The President is correct. Obama Allowed the private communications of US CITIZENS to be intercepted and released into the public domain void of any PROBABLE CAUSE or warrant.

Nice try at diversion, Trump ass-licker. Find the person who released the info and go after them, then.

That doesn't alter the fact that Orangetweet lied twice.

1) That he was wiretapped.
2) That the Brits were involved.

Then the pathologically lying coward blames FOX and embarrasses Merkel in front of an international audience.

You have a clod in the WH, clod. But your head is too far up his anus to recognize it. Finish the bottle, moron, go to bed and sleep it off.

Its called the rule of law...and apparently you favor lawlessness. There is the 4th amendment contained in the bill of rights that protects even the President of the United States against illegal searches. Its easy peasy....show us the Probable cause and the warrant. If you cannot....the Obama Administration acting as Commander in Chief is responsible for all action carried out under his command. Why look for a mole when the BUCK stops at 1600 Pa. Av.? That Clod....kicked your ass and continues to kick your ass. :moos: You cannot prove that Trump lied as the NY TIMES backs his accusation in clear unambiguous language...its public knowledge. Communicatios were intercepted and released into the public domain under the authority of one Barrack/Barry Soetoro/Obama....apparently with out any probable cause warrant.

But US citizen's conversations are supposed to be redacted from the raw intelligence. So that's broken law #1.

Broken law #2 is releasing the unredacted intelligence to the media.

You're okay with breaking laws so long as it hurts Trump, aren't you.

Keep licking that Trump taint, drunk. The NYT article does not state once that his phone in Trump Tower was tapped. Not once. For you, and Orangetweet, to keep repeating that lie demonstrates your massive ignorance. Add to that the second lie that the Brits were involved doubles down on your complete stupidity.

Blind, gullible Trumptard.

Obviously, you, along with the drunk Ralphie can't read. Find the leaker and prosecute to your heats delight.

Until then, quit covering for that compulsive and pathologically lying Trump.

You don't need to find the leaker to know that a leak occurred. We also now know you don't need a FISA warrant to wire tap someone: just have someone inside the IC, break the law, and not redact parts of wiretapping intelligence that involves a US citizen.

If that happens to you, you've effectively been wiretapped.

Then, as president, lower the classification level of the unredacted intelligence so it finds its way into the hands of a few of your partisan allies in the IC---and bingo, you have some dirt on Trump scattered all over the media.

I know how important the Trump liar meme is to you, Thingy and other anti-Trump hacks. But some of us find this degree of lawlessness a tad more unsettling than whatever Trump has Tweeted, about anything.

He said just yesterday that he said it was when he was watching the Judge on Fox.

But he changes his stories a lot, so who knows? He has proven, and rather quickly, that he is not credible. He lies on a daily basis.

Even if your post was "the facts," it's hilarious, because there is nothing in there about Obama being responsible. Maybe you should tell Trump that he "ought to get his facts straight" before he tweets?
He blamed Napolitano for the British Intelligence claim.

Wrong. SAD

I'm sure Intelligence/Congress are working on it as we speak...when they aren't wasting time on trump's other tasks aimed at throwing them off his trail.

If there was 'something' to the something lol, they would have found it by now---if not before. Obama would have liked nothing better than to nail Trump before the election, because his legacy was on the line.

[hint: there's your motivation for Obama to lower the classification of intelligence right before he left office. But you don't care about that prospect. You're blinded by your partisan rage against Trump]

They already have whatever it was Flynn said to the Big Bad Russians. You have to surmise it was nothing nefarious or he'd be indicted by now---and he's not.

But go ahead and keep barking up the tree if you want to.

Obama did that in order to keep trump from being able to bury the info. He's already brought a Turkish operative into the classified briefings. He had to fire Manafort for being a Russian operative, but don't think for one minute that information is not being funneled to him regularly.
