Fox just reported it. The primary sources are two or three unnamed sources from the IC. Napolitano is a pretty straight shooter that has criticized Trump when warranted, btw.

I don't know if he has the evidence..he might be going off investigations like on this thread. He might be looking at the effects of the constant leaks. Or he might be completely wrong. He might not know where to even look -he has no DNI or NSA advisor to even navigate for him
