1) I never said it was strong.
2) That depends on a lot of things, but it seems to me a lot of the information on Russia has come out since October.
3) Who said a FISA warrant request was not granted?
4) It could be many reasons a request for a warrant would be denied.
5) Its likely such a request was never made and they got evidence another way.

The type of phone tap that trump lied about would need a FISA warrant. The other evidence about trump's Russia ties are coming from standard wire taps on Russian diplomat's phones. Those might require FISA warrants too, but you choose to conflate both issues in an attempt to make hay.
