I do criticize his tweets on crowd size -and I'm not fond of him personality,but his agenda is superior and well needed to counteract the Regulatory state,hopefully improve relations from mindless Cold War 2.0 and more that the IC and Hillary both wanted. Plus Obamacare desperately needs reform or replace and repeal.

I'm not saying that. I'm saying I hear people saying there's no evidence of a connection AND there's no evidence of a FISA warrant. So if there's no evidence of ANYTHING, why is ANYONE still talking about ANY of this shit?

Again, it could be that the court rejected it for not being narrow enough not for lack of evidence. That's what the BBC, which at this point is the only credible source for the claim that the court was even approached, said was the reason the first requests were denied.
