White Students Should Pay Minorities for ‘Emotional Labor

Scripps College, a prestigious women’s school outside Los Angeles, is promoting the idea that non-white students must be given monetary compensation for the “emotional labor” of having to deal with so-called microaggressions.

Campus resident assistants at the school are hanging up two sets of posters titled “Emotional Labor 101”: one for whites, and another for minorities, whom the posters dub as “victims of emotional labor.”

Per the Claremont Independent, both posters define “emotional labor” as having to exert energy “for the purpose of addressing people’s feelings, educating, making people comfortable, or living up to ‘social expectations.’”

Liberalism about 40 years ago was a good thing to get away from the ultra conservative nation we were. Now, it is a joke. Liberals have gone so far left that conservatism is making a rebound.

Seriously, emotional labor and white students should pay? Heads up liberals, not all white people are racist or responsible for you state of life. Grow up.
 
So because a couple of looney toons put up posters at a college, suddenly it's a problem for all liberals? If this were some conservative kids and it was some non-specific poster about protecting our borders or something vaguely xenophobic and liberals were getting upset about it, it would be called "fake news".

Meh, they should have to pay us with being forced to put up with their feelings, they don't trump our rights. And no, nobody has a right to be unaffended or protected from opinions and criticism. Anyways, their micro-aggresion is my micro-amusement so maybe throw them some spare change for making us laugh.
 
What sane employer would hire a student with Emotional Labor 101 on their transcript?

Not even the Foval Group would want them.

Again, why would any sane employer hire someone who trived on such a campus. It would simply be hiring someone to be an eventual lawsuit and false accusation.

A degree from such a school is a certification in "Bitchy, Expensive, Low Productivity, Snowflake" and nothing else.
