True, on the other hand they still shoot people and harbor a cordoned off isolated prison population called Palestine. By and large most ancient religions that still exist have been overtaken by more civilized modern mores and codes of conduct. But adhering to an ancient text with a barbaric morality recorded in it doesn't hasten the process.
