When I saw the thread title I thought you knew my wife and saw the latest flight she booked yesterday without telling me.
Most people work 40 hours a week and get 2 days off..
That's called a "weekend"
Not a "vacation."
When Trump surpasses Obama's record of 200 rounds or flies his family to include granny and his extended relations to Russia to go on Safari... let me know.

First, the pictures don't show him on safari but posing with a villager. Second, one of the pictures was taken when he was still a student. Third, the site itself doesn't say he went on safari but that the "[FONT=Times New Roman, Times, serif]itinerary [is] featuring a visit to Barack Obama's Village in Kenya."[/FONT]

Thank you for the update, Jaritol, and he needs it! Packing in more good for this country in six weeks than his predecessor did in 8 years can take its toll. I'm surprised he hasn't taken more vacations. God knows he's earned them!

When President Obama goes to sub-Saharan Africa this month, the federal agencies charged with keeping him safe won’t be taking any chances.
Hundreds of U.S. Secret Service agents will be dispatched to secure facilities in Senegal, South Africa and Tanzania. A Navy aircraft carrier or amphibious ship, with a fully staffed medical trauma center, will be stationed offshore in case of an emergency.
Military cargo planes will airlift in 56 support vehicles, including 14 limousines and three trucks loaded with sheets of bullet*proof glass to cover the windows of the hotels where the first family will stay. Fighter jets will fly in shifts, giving 24-hour coverage over the president’s airspace, so they can intervene quickly if an errant plane gets too close.

no, I am often on vacation on the weekend.
Additionally, I think President is basically a 7 day a week job.
I generally dont care where they work from or how often they travel.
I only care when they made a political issue out of how much the prior president Vacationed and how much he spent. I only care when they promise not to play golf, then go play golf more often than the previous president.
Mostly its the lying and the hypocrisy.
