Well, I thought it was a good speech

A LOT different than his inaugural address, maybe he is learning....
Maybe you bloody lot are just effing crybabies that seem to have learnt nothing over the years? I told you six months ago that Trump would show his true nature!!

The Democrats are a complete disgrace to our country.

If something goes wrong during this time because they are obstructing the running of our country, you will see a fucking scorched earth reaction from the former silent majority that will ring across the world.

We're patient...

& you will be doing what exactly??

i suppose they are still clinging to a desire to paint Trump as some kind of incompetent.
They really wanted that dog to hunt

Well, the jury's still deliberating on it lol.

The good speech doesn't surprise me any. I saw a glimpse of it back when he spoke before a hostile AIPAC during the campaign. So I knew he had it in him.

But it's just a speech. Obama could give a nifty speech. Trump needs to deliver the results---he needs to bring home the bacon. And I give him a pretty decent chance of it.

What's fascinating is how so many pundits refuse to take this man seriously---he was underestimated right out of the gate, he went on to beat his own establishment, and the media, yet they cling to the idea he can't be an effective president.

Maybe it's partisan blinders. Or something else, who knows.

Trump deserves some credit for his clever imitation of a human being. Let's hope his fellow-martians learn the same trick.

absolutely..hopefully this gave Congress a swift kick in the ass to get going.
Like we always say - and you say here- "outcomes". everything else is talking heads

No, in a year it will still be just you white nationalists singing his praises.

I'm not considered "white" either by those who know me or on the census, but I am a nationalist. To me the best portion of his speech was when he talked about putting the USA's interests first. That describes my desires.

I don't see how you liked the first 40 days of his presidency and also liked this speech.

Unless you are just desperatly in love with the name Trump and love him no matter what he does.

Uh, no you are mentally retarded.

Parts of it had me thinking that I was living in a new military dictatorship, but parts sounded positively bleeding-heart libby.

Overall, I thought it was really good delivery on a pretty well-written speech.

What part was libby?

Was Bannon tied up in the back room when the wrote that speech?

Basically they are going with HRC's plan to reform Obamacare.
They are finally going to fund Obama's infrastructure projects.
They are going to give Amnesty to Illegals.

Oh, and Trump is going to be tough in his negotiations with other nations.

I am okay with this, sounds like the first 40 days were really an eye opener for Trump.

Well, a lot of the bolded is the whole "acting like a petulant child" much of the time.

Trump does a really good job of setting the bar low for himself. So, when he has a good night (like last night), it's surprising.

Good lord; its hard to take such stupidity seriously.

So your prediction was 100 percent wrong right? :rofl2:

Trump will be as clueless as ever.

It was a damned impressive speech and made all the lying Democrats sitting on their hands look dumb and petty.

It was very moderate in parts - talking about helping the inner cities, childcare, healthcare for all, education. Carter could have given some of that speech.

Yep.... all the things you just won't see from Democrats. They're invested in failure and fear mongering. :rofl2:

They didn't stand because they didn't want to normalize or legitimize the clown that is in office.

She should have been standing with her father In law demanding answers against from the man that got him killed.
