Yeah, I get that. What did he say? And why are we hearing ANYTHING about it? Who broke this "story", and why? Politics, or for the sake of justice in the form of a 200 year old law that has never been successfully prosecuted?

Consider the "crime" -the Logan act is designed to make only the POTUS chief of foreign policy.
What actual damage could Flynn have done to executive powers? None.

If it was a violation,it was technical -surely Flynn wasn't hijacking foreign affairs.

Put any of this noise up against our IC recording and leaking conversions between the US and foreign gov'ts!
Which is damaging to the institution of the presidency? Obviously the IC is out of control with politicization.

If you would only learn to stop thinking like a reactionary partisan, there might be hope for you yet.

None of this would have happened, of course, if we had just had competent people in the executive branch on 12/28/2016...
