There is no evidence of God and no logic supports a creator. The bible is a work of men. Every argument that the bible is the work of God is self referential and invalid. So debating whether it is allegory or literal is no more important than debating any other relic's meaning. The significance is only secular. From that perspective I do find it of passing interest the pathological delusion of people who find a quality of sacredness in thoughts and ideas and objects.
And none of this shit bears on the retarded OP and its retread argument for belief based upon crass calculation.
