Good for Trump. Discretion is the better part of valor.

from what I hear....going to SCOTUS under a TRO is a disadvantage in itself.
I don't know why..but that seems to be agreed upon.

And then going back to the 9th for a full bench hearing is more of the same extreme left wing judges.
 
Trump will "streamline" that TRO with additional info (exceptions like visas, green cards, etc.). It'll be alright. In the end the government will win. :)

Except for being denied the fun of seeing the 9th Circus overturned I think it's a good idea.

Tweak the EO and make it lawyer proof.
