So is it your contention that the POTUS is not allowed to own any businesses ? Golf courses ? Hotels?, etc....

Must Trump change his name or rename everything connected with his name ?

Visitors not be allowed to stay at any hotels connected with Trump ? or play golf at a Trump course ?

that they don't have to pay for their rooms if they CHOOSE to stay in said hotel ?

Is paying for one's hotel room or choosing to drink and pay for, one of Trumps wines an emolument according to the constitution ?
