The collision here was between aircraft and buildings, thus TCAS has no reason to be mentioned.

Wrong, because the point of impact and the fire was at the top not the bottom. In order for the building to fall sideways the impact and or structural failure would need to be at the base. In fact when buildings fall sideways, this is typically very deliberate and planned so the building falls away from others in a controlled demolition. Exactly what grade did you finish? third or fourth, and can you please elaborate on my profile that you mentioned earlier?

Actually they were designed to be protected by asbestos, once the asbestos could not be applied they needed to be redesigned, but since they were already under construction this was impossible.
