Like I said it would take a meeting or with all the leadership ( traditionally done at the WH by POTUS request)
and much more to reset. We the people would need to demand it..but we don't.

So we wind up with XO's instead of legislation, and a Trump presidency hamstrung by Democratic obstruction of his Cabinet.
Which is why they stumbled into that horrible roll out of the XO on immigration.

I didn't read it all ( article is continued past the first page) -but I thought it was good insight into the urban/rural divide which at least correlates to our partisan divide..i guess i should go back and finish it.
