Not to belabor the point, but again, we are dealing with an ideology that exists separately from geography. It's not like there's something in the water in Somalia that turns ordinary Muslims into radicals. The radical ideology is spread via the internet in many instances.

And in regions where there are a high concentration of radical Muslims [like Syria] the probability that you will import some via lose immigration policy is exceedingly high.

If you are talking about the Saudis they at least are trying to crack down on their own radicals. That simply isn't the case in the regions where the refugees are coming from. In fact, ISIS is trying to infiltrate their ranks, which makes Trump's policy response entirely appropriate.

There have been a lot of terror attacks in Europe. I'm not sure what countries they are from, but the mass immigration is causing huge problems there.

I support stronger vetting but I don't support the ban. But to me, if we're going to have a ban, then we should start we the countries where known terrorists have come from. The only real reason I've seen we've chosen the countries we have is because Obama had them on a list as if we should follow his recommendations.

When Obama banned Iraqis for 6 months, the press called it a "pause".

So it's a "pause" for 90 to 120 days until stronger vetting is in place, except for Syria.

The ban should be on countries that have the most terrorists, where future terrorists may come from, not necessarily countries that terrorists have made it to the U.S. in the past.

Well, my friend, I think the decision making is based on what's happening now in Europe with the mass muslim immigration going on currenlty, not what happened 15 years ago.
