He said he's hiring 10K refugees globally over five years within 75 countries. So does Starbucks only hire Americans in their overseas locations?

And the Starbucks guy said the refugees he would hire in America are ones such as translators for our troops in Iraq. If you worked with/helped our troops in battle then you are good with me.

seems like an odd argument......if someone is living in his home country is he a refugee?......and two, it is zero sum to this extent......if 100% of those new employees are refugees, then ZERO are citizens of the 75 countries.......

Even if no one is fired, if Starbucks replaces the first 10,000 turnovers to refugees, then 10,000 American jobs are lost. Any American who is in favor of this is a traitor and should be arrested. Or do you believe that the people working at Starbucks are so rich that they can afford to be unemployed? All said this story is fake news as it will never happen

He can not hire a refugee in Bangladesh to protest Trumps move here, and if he did this would have no effect on what Trump is doing here as stated. You can't accept that what is actually happening here is completely anti American as it causes Americans to lose their jobs, just for being an AMERICAN. I did hear this on the radio today ( the CEO of Starbucks). I think it is more a symbolic gesture than anything. You are correct, it will have no effect on pressuring Trump. It will just help continue to fuel the flames of nonsensical ideologies.
