Executive Orders

EO's should are to set policy for the various federal agencies to follow, consistent with their Congressional mandate. They should never be used to increase the reach of the government or attempt to upset the balance of power. Such Orders are unconstitutional.

Nixon created the EPA by EO which was unconstitutional. Likewise, Hussein the Obama signed many EOs which many consider to be unconstitutional. It is therefore entirely within a current President's purview to reduce the impact of or eliminate entirely unconstitutional EOs that were implemented by past presidents.

Ahh, so now, you are interested in establishing a distinction between good EO's and bad EO's. What changed?

The Supreme Court unanimously struck down as unconstitutional the Obama administration’s “recess” appointments to the National Labor Relations Board, which were conducted while the Senate was formally in session.
The “decision marks the 12th time the Supreme Court unanimously ruled against the Obama administration on the issue of executive power....

Obama made his latest appeal after the nation’s highest court failed to support his order protecting up to 5 million undocumented immigrants from deportation.
The Supreme Court released that order last week. The court was split on the issue, with four members agreeing with the president and four others opposed.
The ruling keeps in place a lower court decision that blocked the immigration order.

At least 12 times Obama was stopped from his illegal orders......now tell us about Trump....

Absolutely nothing. I have always been against unconstitutional acts by FedCo, be it the Prez, Congress, the Supremes, or any agency or bureaucrat.

EOs that change policy or regulations that congress SPECIFICALLY enumerated to the executive are appropriate. using them to change the impact of the people are not. does that work for you?

as long as an XO is restricted to the executive branch procedures, and not bypassing the will of Congress it's valid.
But things like DAPA ( which was found unconstitutional) are in effect legislating without Congressional will

It goes to separation of powers - if you understand purview, you can distinguish between valid and invalid XO's
 
You have to give President [sic] Trump credit, he knows how to play the system, he lies and his lies become truths, notice how he is using distraction as a tool to fog the media sphere. He wants illegal voting investigated as it leads media and the rabbits down the wrong path. Keeps the fools busy. He uses the typical child excuse when caught in a lie, he denies it and then gives an alternative reality, and again the fools follow and look hard for a rational reason. Little do they know there is none. Trump gives them nonsense and they discuss it as if it made any sense. Amazing how he plays Ryan and others, he gives them morsels and they smile under their covers comfortable the tooth fairy is real.

Brilliant commentary, but President Trump said there was voter fraud during his campaign. That's one reason people voted for him. That's one reason why he won and Hillary lost.
