Having a suspect's name is not enough evidence to kill them in a court of law.
Therefore it is murder.

I really am trying to understand your second sentence. Are you actually suggesting it is just the name that convinced our military to kill someone? There have been cases of mistaken identity and I do wish the police had been charged just like a civilian, however, I don't even know if that is what you're saying.

You have a poor ability to convey what you're actually thinking. Maybe you're just too smart for us mortals.

anatta claimed the killing is justified because "we know their names ".

Knowing the name of an alleged perpetrator is not sufficient for a conviction in a court therefore it isn't justified.Get it yet simpleton?
