it's not that simple. This was an extraordinary case with Comey put into an extraordinary position -
by Lynch's screw up collusion with Bill Clinton.

It was a question of national interest and a key part ofthe election -and as such deserved an explanation.
Comey fully explained the evidence weighed as well as the reason for not prosecuting.
Notto do eitehr one would have left many more unanswered questions, leading to wild speculation.

Again the blame falls on Lynch for shutting out the DoJ -not Comey
