I don't misrepresent what you believe. You're clear to the fact that you care more that a drunk driver be allowed to drive drunk because you think it violates his 4th amendment right to go through a checkpoint than you do about an innocent driver that is killed by such a piece of shit.

How did you feel when Obama didn't close Gitmo on his first day in office, didn't give 95% of Americans a tax cut, didn't implement health care reform without an individual mandate or taxing existing employer provided health care, ceased opposing same sex marriage, didn't solve the nuclear problems in Iran and North Korea, didn't sit down with Kim Jong Un, failed to create millions of new good paying jobs, didn't deliver on his shovel ready jobs, etc.
