She said that the White House is simply presenting "Alternate facts" when confronted with the lies told by the White House last night about crowd size....

Think about that term, "alternate facts"??? Really?

I would not be concerned because I think the deception is so transparent, but it seems a sizable group of the public is dumb enough to fall for this shit.
Many whacks on here actually believe the "Alternate facts" out of such absolute devotion to Trump. When the people start believing what they know to be lies, we are in trouble. Its how we got into the Iraq war.

I think the media is programmed with one view and others with another view. Many times interpretation is key in what is a fact. ACA is a perfect example. It might have been great for the 20 million that now have coverage but it was awful for the 300 million that already had it. So yes facts will vary depending on the source and view of those reporting them.

You need to differentiate between truths and facts!! As a lawyer I would imagine that you live in a twilight world where facts and truths have little meaning compared to spin and emotion.

If we were to debate our ideologies, and my reasoning appeared stronger than theirs, they may choose to adopt my belief that God does exist. If they do, then the existence of God is just as true as the nonexistence of God which they believed a week ago. Truths, as opposed to fact, are much more fluid and malleable than their empirical counterparts."

The example that came to my mind was Newton / Einstein.

Newton passed 3 laws. Einstein passed zero.

But it's "Einstein" not "Newton" that's synonymous with genius.

Lets use the example KellyAnn was using today. Is it possible for the crowd size to be both bigger than Obama's 2012 inauguration and smaller, at the same time?

So are you saying that the crowd cant be both larger and smaller for the two different inaugurations? Cuz that seems to be what Conway was saying.
