Are you saying that only one black believes it?

Let's look at the term mediocre. It means "of moderate quality". While I don't believe that blacks willing to work with Trump or that voted for Trump are mediocre in any way, it's quite clear that black supporting Democrat choose to be either house negroes or field negroes, both of which are far worse than mediocre.

Many are. What it boils down to for those that do is they're saying those that never were slaves should be rewarded by those that never owned them.

Affirmative action never should have started.

It's nothing more than a program that uses a characteristic of a person to benefit them that if used to deny would be wrong.

I find it hard to believe you don't know the history of why they started using it among themselves. The real question is why does it bother you they can call each other that term but it's not acceptable for whites to do so?

That's actually not the question. The real question is why do you care either way? You talk about the history of the word but it's still just a word.

I'm well aware of the history of it. A better question is if such a word is such a bad and horrible thing, why is it a good thing to use it toward those of your own kind? Perhaps it's the double standard so many black live by today.
