the rules of disability have very much changed which have allowed a large number of people more to receive the lifetime payment. It has become almost a permanent unemployment benefit. So it very much counts in economic statistics and influences the labor rate.

I have in the past done Disability work, it has not changed.

Those cases must also be re-evaluated periodically, to determine if there is still a disability.

Just about everything has improved under Obama, whether you like it or not. And you know my 1st comment on this thread is true: if Trump had half the #'s, it would be the greatest thing EVAH.
