Just watched a live clip from the sad little no-name inauguration concert in DC.

When Slump got up and spoke to the audience, he looked and sounded sad, worn out, beat tired and depressed.

It's looking more and more like the poor shmuck is just not up to the job.

I think he's going to be regretting the whole thing inside the first year.

First month even.

Gonna be funny watching him fold up and come apart like a cheap suit.

I'll be watching to see if Trump invokes the word "god" after the formal oath is completed.

One report indicated Trump would be using TWO Holy Bibles to take the oath. I don't have the details.

Subdued and presidential would be an improvement, but the way he carried himself during that speech, just came across like he was already tired of it all.

I'm not sure he really even wants to be President anymore.

Just going through the motions now.

I was looking for signs one way or another on that.
Trump seems to have genuinely enjoyed campaigning. iirc he announced over a year ago, so he's been at it a while.

And a sound bite I saw tonight showed Trump speaking enthusiastically about getting started. Whether it's because he's looking forward to the inauguration parties they'll have, or he's looking farther down the road than that, I can't be sure.

But I hope the dire predictions about Trump washing out before Tuesday are exaggerated.
