If the Representative Lewis controversy has proven one thing it is that the Donald

What I find amusing is the defense coming form the left for these acts of subversion upon the Republic of the United States. This old black fart is supposed to be excused and his ass kissed because he once walked with and supported MLK? This man is a US representative of Congress...his first and foremost duty is to serve the United States and the district that appointed him...not to insert his personal bigotry and declare that a free election was flawed because his party failed to secure their internet communications in a proper manner. All 20+ of these assholes can go to hell as far as I am concerned they no longer deserve to be representatives of the United States. :good4u:

And I would hope the people that sent these left wing ideological fascist pricks to congress would fire their asses. Its a disgrace that anyone would support such acts of out right treasonous subversion..but again, one must consider the source. Its a democrat pattern...the Constitution and a Free Election seems to have gotten in the way of their socialist agenda. They have no respect for themselves much less the Nation that protects their rights to be pompous ass black socialists.

is still clueless when it comes to minorities in America, and, that he has zero interest in working to bring together a divided nation.

Guess he thought meeting with Steve Harvey would smooth things over for him, surprised he didn't invite him to taco bowl salad in Trump Tower
Trump could spend the next 20 years "working to bring together a divided nation" to the exclusion of everything else, and he would still fail. Why? Because you democrats won't let him "win"(I say win because the left believes this is what they need, a "win" because they've lost so much in the past 8 years), or any other republican or conservative for that matter. It's a scam, with the goal post being moved constantly. There is ALWAYS going to be something new and mysterious about being "other than white" that we whiteys just won't understand. If I were Trump, I wouldn't even play the game.

I agree.

Since so many liberals are declaring that Trump is NOT their President, he should just ignore whether they like his decisions or not and just do what him and his advisers think is best.

He could shoot someone raping a child and liberals would complain that he didn't try to just make the man stop.

theres no point in bringing together a divided nation. If one side thinks your "literally Hitler" then they do and thats it. The only thing that will win them over is results.

I find it interesting how hateful the Republicans, who claim they were the party of Civil Rights, are toward Rep. Lewis. The same Rep. Lewis who was the right hand of Dr. Martin King. The same Lewis who was beaten on the William Petits Bridge for standing next to Dr. King. The same Lewis who was arrested many times for using White Only water fountains, bathrooms and lunch counters?

does doing something good in the past mean you can do no wrong in the future?

the same Lewis who can't believe his party lost an election and whines about it on national news.....

Representative Lewis is a man of action, to say differently is ignorant.

It also shows how hostile the Republican party still is toward the leaders of the Civil Rights movement.

Meh, I just read where most democrats are backing away from Lewis.

After the obligatory nod towards his civil rights work.

Some ancient shriveled alky black civil rights icon who hasn't done a thing since 1965 is the one we look to for guidance.
