Here are 6 reasons why Trump’s wall is dumber than most of his other ideas

Duh, they come for jobs moron, if no one hires them then they have no reason to be here. Were you born stupid or did you study at Harvard

they do not "all come here for jobs" -
quite a few are coming from Honduras via Guatemala thru Mexico to escape grinding poverty and drug wars.

A record number of children from Central America are crossing the Mexico-U.S. border unaccompanied by a parent. Many of them are fleeing drug violence at home, but here in the United States, they’re faced with a new set of challenges –- a border patrol system unequipped to handle them and a future filled with uncertainty. And for the first time this year, most of these children are coming from three Central American countries: Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.

Once they are here, I do believe they can get there parents in also - but I'm not an expert on immigration law

how does "jailing an employer" solve illegal criminal aliens from crossing the border?
Enjoy the wall if the sanct. cities persist.

It solves the "demand" side of the "supply and demand" equation. Or at least puts a dent in it.

You and Reich walk in that elevated academic air so is normal folk..

Here's why his feces have more intelligence than you:

Dartmouth
Oxford
Yale

Reich is currently Chancellor's Professor of Public Policy at the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. He was formerly a professor at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and professor of social and economic policy at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management of Brandeis University. He has also been a contributing editor of The New Republic, The American Prospect (also chairman and founding editor), Harvard Business Review, The Atlantic, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. In 2008, Time magazine named him one of the Ten Best Cabinet Members of the century, and The Wall Street Journal in 2008 placed him sixth on its list of the "Most Influential Business Thinkers".

I'm aware of who he is and his background Domer. He teaches out here at Cal. Hence my comment about your appeal to authority. But as Paul Krugman proves regularly one can have a Nobel prize and all the academic awards and still be w political hack. Or as the Fed shows you can have several hundred folks with Phd's and still completely f up.

I'm sure he appreciates your willingness to break out the knee pads though

I don't support the building of the wall. But Reich had shown many times he's willing to put his partisan beliefs about econonic fact so yeah I'll say pot meets kettle when he does so. I'm sorry that offends you.
