How does being allowed to carry a concealed weapon across State borders

Why are you still ignoring the plain meaning of the words "did I say it was law?" I would say that rejecting the Declaration and Natural Law is to reject America.

YOU would say that? I would say you were full of shit. Natural law is not invoked nor mentioned once in the supreme law of the land. I have no use for the supernatural, nor do the courts, for legal guidance.

Who said I rejected the Declaration? You? lol

Neither the Constitution's preamble nor the DOI are enforceable law.

BUT !!

Both provide insight into what our Founders intended.

Anyone that disregards natural law does so at their peril. Every time Wile E. Coyote steps off the cliff, gravity gets him.

(laughing) You're getting laws of physics confused with natural law.

Amazing! When they say there's no such thing as a stupid question, you really break the mold. More stupid questions than one can shake a stick at!

so you don't know who wrote the constitution? who the FINAL arbiters of the constitution truly are? and you have the gall to call others stupid??????

you can be dismissed now.

Well honey, if you have a patent on gravity, I've got a $rich business deal for you!

But if you don't
if NO ONE does, then it's natural.

Astrophysicist Albert Einstein said gravity (nature) and acceleration (whatever) are indistinguishable, and therefore identical.

When does common sense prevail over your fear of being safer?

Your chances of getting killed in the majority of those States with stricter gun laws is about as remote as you getting struck by lighting, in fact, others getting killed by your use of the gun is probably greater

right, it is getting close to a tie when one compares recent wars to south Chicago where the gun laws are the strictest

Try reading the 14th Amendment, retard. It's got our natural rights enshrined within the text. I believe that one is legally binding... They are also protected in the 5th.

If you reject what the Declaration says, you reject the Declaration.

Damn, Cletus, you get more amusing with every post! The hysterical part is that you get confused by your OWN POSTS! But, we can review.

Your question was: "Did SCOTUS write the Constitution?"

My response was that, in disagreement with the adage 'there are no stupid questions', I pointed out that was indeed a STUPID QUESTION. And correctly added you pose MANY stupid questions.

I know exactly who wrote the Constitution. Obviously, you do not. Hence, your stupid question.

(laughing) Try this, dimwit. Google "natural law". You will find discussions of political philosophy. You won't find 9.8 m/s/s.

(laughing) OUR natural rights? Endowed by the Creator, right? Where the fuck were they before they were codified in the 14th, moron? Floating around in the ether? And what "natural right" are you referring to? Plus, pally boy, it's only enforceable because it's CODIFIED. Your abstract and subjective notions of what constitute "natural law" doesn't mean shit.

Unless you've had a direct revelation from your Creator, nimrod, you have no fucking clue what your Creator endowed or didn't endow. Only what some human being concocted from HUMAN experience, not supernaturally given.

Flail away. This is amusing to watch the struggle.

You're wrong. It's enforceable because I can enforce it. Tell me you aren't a little bitch.

Am I to understand that life, liberty, and property are not the natural rights that Locke spoke of?

I do...the same one our founders had.
