FYI: Just who in the hell do you assume builds, maintains and bids on public infrastructure networks? The state road commission, The corp of engineers....who? Its the PRIVATE SECTOR. Just how stupid are these left-tards? True there are a few toll roads within our interstate system that is maintained by some state or local agency...but they are not owned by any private organization, the majority of the tolls are collected to pay off bonds that were used in building new sections of highways or to maintain certain sections that are very difficult to maintain due to some extreme topographical condition such as hills or rivers...etc.,
