Death penalty. If the judge hands it down, save the taxpayers the money and grief. Take that piece of shit out back the courthouse and two to the head. Done.
 
I don't think anyone is surprised by this verdict. He's a monster.

Verdict was a foregone conclusion, but he'll live a good ten more years at least.

And all of the appeals will end up costing the taxpayer much more than a life sentence with no parole would have.

I think there's a good chance he'll get Jeffrey Dahmered while in prison.
 
Our justice system is too slow. 4 years for a conviction. 15-20 more years on death row. Speed up the damn process already.

In the wild west, it was trial and conviction one day, hang them the next. That was justice.

I've suggested that in cases where the evidence is not in question, that there be a new Supreme Court that does nothing but hear Death Row appeals.
6 months to file the appeal, 6 months to hear it, and then if it's considered to be accurate, carry out the sentence.

If a Prosecutor, a witness, or anyone else intentionally withholds evidence that would have exonerated the person; then they receive the same sentence.
 
I wish we didn't have to have appeals when it's obvious. He never even contested it. Lets just fucking kill him already.
 
if a case is circumstantial, appeal away. (In fact I would say never use DP unless for a case that is locktight). But if you have people on video, or DNA, or like 50 witnesses and the defendant doesn't contest, just execute.
 
I say...give him a AK47...air left him to Syria and drop him on main st. Allepo. Hell....I say empty the federal prisons and fly them all to the middle east, give them a Dirty Dozen's chance and save the taxpayers some coin. In fact why deport all those illegals....just draft them, train them for a few weeks (even though the majority are most likely more proficient with a weapon than any Paris Is. DI) and deploy them in the middle east. Two problems solved.
