More Americans Support Roe v. Wade Than Ever Before, According to a New Pew Poll
So what? Do we now rule by consensus?
Or do we hide behind thread bans so we don't have to hear opposing viewpoints that screw with our world view?
I fail to see the point....the great overwhelming majority of US CITIZENS did not support the precedent established by a radical court in 1973 when Roe v. Wade became law via the sound of a judges gavel. The law was established from the bench and the law can be rescinded in the same manner. Just remember which political party has control of SCOTUS appointments as we speak.
The thing that will establish precedent today is not public opinion but SCIENCE...which can prove beyond anyone's reason to doubt otherwise that the gestating child in the womb is indeed an example of growing human life with a separate and unique DNA signature....separate from either the father or mother...but an individual human DNA signature.
I say bring it on and allow SCIENCE ACTUAL TO TAKE THE STAND.....50 years removed from the stupidity that declared that no human life exists prior to breaching the magical female vagina. What I find strange is the fact regarding animal life as compared to human life....in the same year the US RULE of LAW adapted a law...the endangered species act that very clearly established legal precedence that concluded.....life exists prebirth in animals as it was made a crime to destroy a gestating example of life..i.e, an egg, with premeditation under the penalty of fine and or imprisonment....
There you have it....life exists prebirth in the animal kingdom....but not in humanity....according to US LAW.
Which law is based upon scientific truth? We shall see with today's modern technological advances that allows a father to be punished by DNA evidence in defining fatherhood. I fail to see how any logical and reasoned decision can come from the bench that refuses to acknowledge the science of DNA.
Our first legal document says it best, people, "...are created 'not born' but created with certain unalienable 'non-transferable' rights...among them, LIFE and LIBERTY....." The court ignored that first legal document...but can't ignore SCIENCE ACTUAL today.
Any lawyer worth a grain of salt could argue and have Roe. v. Wade overturned on scientific principle only. Especially if you have 5 true constitutional judges sitting on the Supreme Court of the United States. The first point to argue is how the court ignored over 200 years of legal precedent in making law from the bench in 1973....every time this circumstance came before the court preceding the stupidity of 73.....the court rightfully declared that it was a state matter and kicked it back down to the state from which it originated. In 73 the court errantly concluded that life does not exist prior to birth...in direct contradiction of the Endangered Species Act of 73
Its simply a sad state of affairs when liberals find animal life to be more valuable than human life.
